Atlanta, GA 30329
All over the world, local coordinators host Pagan Pride celebrations. Pagan Pride Day fosters dignity in Pagan identity through education, activism, charity, and community.
Atlanta’s 2009 Pagan Pride Day event includes a public gathering where Pagans can network with each other and celebrate an Autumn Equinox ritual as well as a food drive to share our abundant harvest with others in need. Atlanta Pagan Pride Day benefits the Atlanta Community Food Bank by asking participants to bring a minimal donation of non-perishable food, collected on Pagan
Pride Day and delivered to the Food Bank. Pagan Pride is also a proud sponsor of a
blood drive for the Atlanta Red Cross.
There will also be merchant booths, classes, music and dance performances, and many other activities. |
