Atlanta Pagan Pride Day

Performers:

Emerald Rose
Emerald Rose is a four-man Celtic folk rock band with a rich, original "world fusion" sound with influences ranging from the Chieftains to Jethro Tull. Blending chorus vocals, pennywhistle, Irish pipes, world percussion and driving guitars and bass, their music ranges from traditional jigs and reels to original folk rock and pop numbers. Many of the band's musical themes draw from Celtic myth and legend, but their style is modern, upbeat and accessible.

Spiral Rhythm: Spiral Rhythm is a group of friends that have been singing together for almost ten years. They began singing at bonfires, gatherings, and festivals. Slowly, they developed their unique sound complete with deep, multi-textured chants and explosive drums. Spiral Rhythm has gone through many changes, but their goal has always been the same-to raise the spirit through voice and song. Spirit music, indeed!

Cross Cultural Dance Company
The Cross-Cultural Dance Company performance troupe focuses on World Dance. Their dance has a strong basis in American Tribal Belly Dance which is a fusion of dances from the Middle East and North Africa. They also study and perform different forms of modern, folkloric and classical dances from all over the globe. They utilize diverse costuming, props and music to bring you an entertaining dance experience.
